Got to be the most ridiculous transfer window in recent history. Newspapers now become either click bait or parrot for twitter accounts, fake agents amassing large followings, people making up quotes by Chilean tv presenters, instagram pictures becoming borderline illuminati cryptic messages. It's so ridiculous now it's actually kinda fun.
Benzema

:gape:
he married a one of the 13 Lillim.
So that's how they won the CL.
In case anyone was wondering, Ronaldo didn't play as a striker today.
Despite Benzema being out injured

I think the whole process reached its climax in the great Vjeinny and has collapsed in on itself.
Daily Star has literally just filed a story stating "Agent: Manchester United target Karim Benzema is 1000% not joining Arsenal"
I'm pretty sure that soundbite is from late July, but hey, who's counting, the order of events in history hardly matters to the news does it?

RIP ITK's.
I can't believe a bunch of tv hosts, senior citizens and fat fucks who were filming Mercedes cars in the street would lie to us.
And a guy who videos himself taking a shit
I expected this outcome, it's just a shame we'll never find out how close we actually got to signing Benzema. Did we reach out to Real, did we put in a bid, did the mythical Wenger-Benzema phonecalls actually happen? This is certainly one of the weirder transfer sagas, a hard one to wrap your head around.
Meh, Giroud's better anyway.

That has to be the worst one of the lot. If you can't trust a man with his pants down in a toilet, who can you trust?

We probably didn't even contact them ever since they said no in June. Something like this.
No one credible was saying about this deal at all, nor was it ever reported to be close.
I think we were probably trying to buy him for a long time. Kind of weird from Benzema to suddenly say that stuff now after a month of rumours.

What's with that disgraceful haircut? You're a fucking millionaire lad look the part, 1/10 would not sign not even on deadline day.
Relax fellas Wenger has this covered, he'll keep them sweating for a few more days and then play his trump card and offer them the extra quid.

Implies that, actually, he thought he could be off too.
like i said we probably inquired and didnt like what real quoted
also, i really hate benzemas face and head shape. wouldve been tough looking at that week in week out
Is it better to look at Giroud's anguish after a miss? Or maybe you prefer playing "Where's Wally?" whenever Theo Walcott gets on the field.

And how R.Madrid and their manager would not outright say he is not leaving. From my understanding we've been trying for months but think the deal was dependent on them finding a replacement, which they obviously haven't.
Things could change, R.Madrid need to raise a fair bit of money for their stadium project but don't seem like the type who would sell without replacing.
They'll find a way for the city council to fund the stadium. Between them and Abu Dhabi government, costs should be covered. They're not selling any of James, Ronaldo, Benzema, Bale unless they can replace with a Reus or Cavani.
Yep the Spanish government have it in next years budget, just need to close a few schools and hospitals.

When are the local elections?
Was a story last season that the left wing looked like they may win & if so RM are in deep trouble as they said they'd re-open the enquiry re the original purchase of their old training ground by the Madrid right wing Govt, with a view to recoup over 200m from the club.
Then we just need the Federal Govt to revoke the tax free status of the 4 trust clubs, 2 of which are Barca & RM.
Can't believe we have a thread for that fucking "league", the Romanian league under Ceacescu had more credibility.
You can't believe we have a thread for Spanish football? I'm guessing you see a lot of unbelievable stuff in a day.
Probably couldn't believe people were discussing the EPL when Fungus was bullying and bribing refs into doing his bidding either.

I'd rather watch a dog take a shit in a children's playground.
At least I can be sure that I can believe what I'm seeing.
"Mummy, Mummy, that creepy old man with the dog is here again".
Barcelona and Real Madrid present the best quality of football the world has to offer. It's not unbelievable that people want to watch something like that.
I'm sure public executions were great entertainment too but I wouldn't have called them sporting contests.
I agree, the CL does seem like a public execution with Barcelona, Real and Bayern involved.
LOL. La Liga as public execution. Not a gross exaggeration really. a joke league in every sense. Pity because there are so many skilled players even outside the top 2.
Why is this thread still up? I would understand if we were posting daily pictures of Jeinny
FFS ...
They look like wax statues.
Loads of plastic but shortage of intellect.
At least it's been fun, at times.
Fucking hell, this can't be real
