i'll choose to believe that he just isnt very bright and was looking for someone important to confirm his rumors with. the humphrey tweet comes from someone with 800k followers and is completely unconnected to this italian guy.

im sure that we are trying to sign benzema. and im sure its contingent on real madrid doing something else.

Jake Humphrey's the Presenter of BT Sports, with Rio, Wrighty, and loads of other ex-players who will have knowledge. Doesn't mean he hasn't just had a mate text him that they've read Emanuele's tweets.
