I joined the other night (something I should’ve done years ago with hindsight with silvers now being largely redundant) when signing my son up. We’re 93,400 in the queue. @RocktheCasbah is 6 spots behind us.

I expect we won’t be seeing those gold memberships. My son might do in 60 years.

Wouldn’t surprise me if clubs stop doing season tickets. Demand is so high they’re leaving money on the table to an extent

If there is a bad run of years for the team things can change quickly.. I went on the list in like 2002 I think and although it wouldn't have been as big as today it still seemed pretty long. I got my first offer in 2012 and then a week after accepting see the news van Persie was signing for United😂 probably not a bad indicator of the period the club had in store for those early season ticket years.

They've also got better at trying to make sure the season ticket holders are attending with the minimum games numbers etc so that might have an effect. But right now is the high level of that demand but it can easily change in the football cycle.

First ballot experience was not a successful one. Never mind, Arsenal have just issued a lovely new navy tracksuit top I can spend my money on instead.

Yeah, I failed with the Red-Family Enclosure ballot too - not sure why I was quite hopeful for that one. Am I able to try again for the red member ballot alone?

Believe you can apply for both yeah, which is why they release the FE results first. They remove your silver/red application if successful in the FE and then purchase your ticket

Seems they’ve allocated two lots of tickets to some people. People receiving successful emails and being charged having previously been told no joy.

23% success rate in the silver ballot apparently. Higher than I’d have thought, but i imagine applications low due to holidays etc. I’m at a wedding myself so didn’t apply.

Incredible that you're still unable to cap your spend on a ticket in the ballot. Potential for a £100+ ticket for United.

I was wondering about this. Does that mean you have no say in what seat you get?

Not that I’ve had any luck with the ballots so far.

goon You've no say anyway, do you. Unless of course, the cap was in place and you could limit it to lower tier spend only.

Basically for United you could spend anywhere between £70 - £103 per ticket.

Sounds like it won't be in place for Spurs at end of Sept either.

what's the best way for me to get a ticket to the United or Spurs game? it looks like tickets are available via ticket exchange for this weekend, but every time I zoom in it says they are no longer. Im a red member. Appreciate any steer!

KingslandBarge check the day before and the morning of match day, that will give you the best chance but might be difficult for United and you’ll have to repeatedly refresh for about 5-10 mins.

You can get Man Utd/Spurs tickets but will be expensive (around £180-£200) but they are reliable.

Good luck , I've been trying forever to get tickets . I'll be in London a few times between Sep and December so just hoping for a miracle on the exchange. I'm thinking it's a waste of time having a red membership.

GooneriC Yeah i don't think I've nailed a single attendance with this membership, though a lot of that is through a lack of trying. Previously always gotten tickets through networks.

There was a fair few going the day before Fulham, but that may have been down to summer holidays/train strikes.

Any tickets I’ve seen go on TX for Spurs/United have gone within seconds.

Morning guys, I have been out of the fan club here in my country as I gave up on getting tickets for the EL( the fan club was my way of getting some tickets to see us play, the club always sent a few our way). Anyway do you guys think there is a way and a chance to get tickets for one of the away games in the CL?

Qwiss I was thinking about the PSV away game as there is a local flight for me, so I don't have to also drive to a diff city and all that...but that game is set for December 12, last game of the group, I assume the group will be done there so the first team won't play(it's Arteta so they might). So Lens(oct 3) or Sevilla (oct 24) look a little better now, I bet Sevilla is great even in octomber.

Got back in the romanian fan club so I will apply for tickets, lets hope I get some.

They definitely will. Saka will complete the 90mins even if we've qualified top, and winning the game 7-0.

I assume CL home games will be tough getting tickets to, considering how starved we've been of the competition?

Flights to London are quite a bit cheaper during weekdays, so would be nice to go to one.
