This may be the case if it's a VPN with known IP ranges, or access is IP geoblocked, or the site otherwise hyperactively classifies accesses as malicious.

However, if you're already blocked, I'd say give a VPN a go, as it's unlikely to make things worse.

I intermittently get the 'unable to load map error'. I don't think it's anything on my end though and just down to the terrible system they use.

Trying to buy tickets is getting worse. Earlier on in the season logging in a 9am was generally enough to give you a fighting chance. Trying to buy for Palace and Leeds has been a frustrating and soul draining experience.

I had that for Leeds purchase, thankfully mobile worked ok for me.

Yep, gone are the days where you were almost guaranteed a ticket just being a silver member. You could pick where you wanted to sit etc. now it's just a mad rush to get what you can. I've been pretty fortunate so far this season, but it's mainly just luck and a little bit of judgment as to when you open the ticketing site to be placed in the queue.

What time do you log in? I went on too early yesterday and thought I'd beaten the system but they kicked me out at 9:20 and as a result I ended up some way down the queue. My nephew signed in shortly after 9am and still didn't get in until they were sold out.

Think I'll have to settle for Europa games.

Usually around 9:10/9:15. You don't want to be beating the system and going straight into the ticketing portal, otherwise it will kick you out to the back of the queue (it's usually too late by that point). If that happens, find deleting cache etc. the best thing to do and then trying again until you enter the queue. Otherwise, it'll stick you in the queue at a time that's too late.

I have written to the club already. Hopefully they resolve the issue.

I don't think I've ever tried to buy tickets from my work computer so having used a VPN can't have been the problem. (Although I may have generally logged into the website to read a news article etc.)

Evebtually, I logged in today using my mobile network and managed to get 3 tickets together. Might have been the first to get in tbh - 10 seconds past 10 a.m. I've been pretty lucky overall with tickets. Apart from Spurs I've managed to bag tickets to all the games I've wanted to. Have the next four after City done as well. Hope I'm able to get the tickets for the last four home games too. Afterall, I don't want to miss us lifting the trophy in May 😉

Just got back into London, will be here for a month visiting the family. Need to try to get to as many games as possible, as some of you may well know, I have yet to see us drop points at home in the 40 odd games I've been to stretching back to Highbury days.

😂😂😂 Unlucky mate. Not a good feeling to lose/draw a game you attended. Well from what I hear.

But yeah that game was annoying as fuck for me, for more than one reason. Was the day I was flying back. Landed at 3pm but avoided the result so I could watch it as live. Get home and the first thing my brother says to me was "Arsenal are so annoying". Then and there I knew we dropped points. Ended up just looking at the result and calling it a day. Still haven't seen the highlights apart from the offside goal they scored.

And it was a game that lacked any sort of real atmosphere too. I guess now we know what the problem was.

Sure, but the only thing I can think of worse than having had to go through that game live would be having to go through that game on delay.

The website is a scam. 2 mins until tickets are released and 'they're making updates' - no estimate on when I'll be able to get in. Joined the queue on two devices, one at 9:08 and another at 9:18 and both say the same thing.

100% somehow it will be sold out by 10:05.

edit: join time now 10:55 and 'over an hour' respectively. What a joke.

I don't know that it is a scam tbh, I just think demand is far outstripping supply. Last year, for Silvers it was literally "sit anywhere you want" for the most part, but we were in the process of moving from 8th-5th. This year, we're trying to win the league title and it's a nightmare.

Scam is the wrong word, but it's definitely not right. I get that demand is much higher, but there's literally no rhyme or reason to the queuing process. My nephew ended up joining the queue after me last time yet ended up entering 30 mins before me.

I was in London last weekend and couldn't get tickets to the match, so did the stadium tour with my daughter. And all the staff I spoke too said they themselves could not get ticket. one guy in front of me had tickets and wrongly gave them the match ticket (tour was on Friday) and they all laughed and said they'd take them. Couple of staff I spoke too said they had not been able to go to any PL games, only Emirates cup and one League cup or something.

But the queuing system is clearly not very effective, and the lack of transparency does give the impression it's corrupt. Seems to me a lottery system within red/silver members would be the easiest, and if you get some tickets then you can't get any for a number of games or something like that. It's the first time in years I could not get Red tickets.

I joined the queue at 8:55 a.m. today. Multiple devices, multiple browsers, multiple red memberships.

Initial time to enter the website was 9:40 but suddenly the website said it is making some updates and then my updated time was 10:25. Someone else I know joined the queue at 9:00 and got in at 10:05 and managed to get a ticket.

I get the demand>supply logic but the queueing system is what is frustrating. There is no transparency or logic to it. It seems broken and random. Very frustrating.
