Yeah, he'll be fine. Everton's system is clearly designed to minimize build up play by their strikers. So someone like Eto'o or Lukaku can succeed simply by being strong physically (or fast) and finishing their chances.
Actually really like how Martinez has Everton set up these days in that their team is a system designed to make players succeed. If you're new to the team, like Besic or Eto'o, you have a position that is set for you with a clear role.
