Yeah, nothing wrong with it really. The only thing that is annoying is that they can now use the whole summer to prepare for a two window ban. The best part of the punishment was that they were horribly unprepared for it had it been enforced effective immediately.

It's nice that Arsenals "Now we have 100M to spend" doesn't mean anything now, with Barca and Man United both joining the 200M to spend-clubs. 1 year to late for us, as usual.
If it's suspended then if found guilty they shouldn't be let play anyone they buy during this period.
It was never going to stick. What was the point of it in the first place? Just to provide the illusion that FIFA noticed what was going on presumably.
It will stick. It's just currently suspended upon appeal. It hasn't been lifted.
And like Chelsea before them, money will exchange hands and it will be lifted for good on appeal. Still a farce even if it's not as they now have the chance to prepare for it.
yea lets not pretend that this was ever going to happen. fifa only exists to enrich its members - it's a completely pointless organisation.

Usually yeah, but FIFA came out and said that the decision couldn't be appealed. Disappointing, thought they were going to put their foot down.
