I don't think he'd persist with a midfielder who's effectively a playmaker playing on the wing though. Draxler doesn't move like a striker at all. It's not where the strength in his game lies. Walcott, who's a better fit, has had trouble buying a game up front for the last five years. It makes very little sense to try to rewrite a player completely just because he has the physical attributes for a certain role. It's not congruous with Wenger's usual way of doing things. He excels at getting the most out of what they have in their locker instead.
