Yeah I generally blitz shows—think that's become the norm for a lot of TV watchers, and probably helps to explain the more convoluted serials with more assumed plot knowledge that get made nowadays.
Started seasons 1-3 last year and watched them at my own pace. Watched season 4 weekly and it was probably the most disappointing season for me. Might wait for season 5 to finish before watching but the problem with a show this big is that its hard to avoid spoilers.

That's true, with GoT its basically impossible to avoid everything.
