I seriously think Martinez is a manager that gets better with the quality if players at his disposal. I know that sort of makes sense, but think about someone like pulis; he will never do well with top players as his mentality is small time. The way Martinez plays required decent footballers and each time he gets better players in we see better football results from him. Martinez will go to the top, I'm sure of it. He has a ethic I football and knows what he needs from his players. He has bought or loaned a great pair of CMs for his system, got good wide players and can manage different setups each week.
