yea sol always had a reputation for being kinda introverted, though he was a talker/organiser on the pitch.
i don't doubt there's some institutional and/or subconscious racism in english football - frankly, i'd be shocked if there weren't - but it just doesn't ring true with campbell. he's come across as a whiner ever since he retired. does he even have his coaching badges? but it must be frustrating to see white colleagues get handed managerial gigs even though they've proven they have no aptitude for it (keane, adams, pearce, souness)
