the wal-mart way is to pay minimum wage on a part-time basis, so as not to have to provide healthcare or benefits. but nevermind.
Julian Draxler
Good thing Stan doesn't own WalMart then.

or pay minimum wage on a full-time basis and since their wages are so low you don't even have to provide benefits because they qualify for govt benefits (medicaid, food stamps, etc).

Metro claims we're about to offer Podolski + cash for Draxler: http://metro.co.uk/2014/01/22/arsenal-ready-to-offer-lukas-podolski-as-part-of-julian-draxler-transfer-4272601/
What do you think of that, Klausie?
I think it's a ridiculous idea to give away our biggest goal threat only to bring in another 1-in-8 attacking midfielder. Then again Wenger won't give Podolski the chances he deserves so we might as well sell him while he's got some value.
Agree. I'd love to see Podolski be in our preferred starting eleven, but when he never is, it wouldn't be the worst thing to trade him and some cash for Draxler.
Wenger does like his mazy-dribbling attacking midfielders with dubious scoring records.
If Wenger really wants him and doesn't see a future for Podolski then maybe in the summer but definitely not right now.

I thought we were talking about trading Podolski not Theo..
For the rest of the season, at least, that bill fits Podolski.

We're talking about the guy who doesn't have his leg fixed in a boot for the next two months. Keep up.
People may call out Draxler saying he has dubious scoring record, but the amount of chances he gets to goals is more than decent and he has the ability to hit the ball cleanly with true power.
Often its about the number of chances that these sort of players start to take to get their goal tally up. Bale didn't start scoring freely at tottenham until he started taking more shots, draxler could be that type of player.
Either way, this is not going to happen in Jan. Best we could hope for is next summer.
more media tripe. we're hurting for a striker and a finisher, so wenger is going to sell our only other striker option (and our best remaining finisher) to buy draxler? riiiiiiiight.
these NBA-style player trades don't usually happen in Europe. it would be senseless to give away any of our attacking mids right now. in January, i'd rather keep Podolski
Ofcourse we're not giving away Podolski right now.
