Falcao looked well off the pace before the injury though. I think Chicharito is a guy who could score 25 league goals in our system.

I wonder if Reus could be had in the £35m range. I hate to see that team lose its best players though. It's a lot more fun to steal top players from clueless mega-clubs.

He is frantically trying to get fit for the World Cup, hopefully he makes it. Might be able to see in the summer how much the injury has taken away from him but will be hard to judge him until he is fully fit

Supposedly best player in Germany this season, unless a stupid offer comes in or he tries to force a move I don't think he is going anywhere

Falcao could have a good recovery like Keane or a terrible recovery like Owen. Defo want to wait and see before throwing 60m that direction.

Could be a really good solution on our left wing. Has a combo of the sort of qualities Wenger likes but can run at the defence and score goals too.

We need to splash every penny on Cavani this summer. See if he would be willing to come here. It's the only chance we'll have to pick up a top forward for the foreseeable future. European football is a bit fucked at the moment.

After that we should look at the likes of Drmic and Lacazette, guys who might come good in a few years. But they can't take priority this summer.

Throw big bids at the first names, and if not available move down the list. Imagine we'll need a 3rd CB and first choice RB but I don't have wish list names for those.

I'd go, in order of priority:

ST: Cavani > Costa > Suarez > Benzema > Lukaku > Balotelli
RB: Sagna > Coleman > Jung/Aurier
CM: Pogba > Schneiderlin > Kroos > Bender (either one) > Gustavo
CB: Varane > Benatia > Vermaelen > Garay > Mangala > Ginter

Bonus attacker: Reus/Draxler/Barkley/Lallana/Firmino/Drmic/Lacazette/Griezmann/Remy, etc.

If we had one player from each of these categories on September 1st I'd be pleased enough. If we ended up with my worst-case scenario:

ST: Balotelli
RB: Aurier
CM: Gustavo
CB: Ginter
Bonus: Drmic
(Sagna and Vermaelen move on)

I'd be a bit disappointed but generally pleased assuming we don't lose anyone else. Anything less than this sort of movement and its groundhog day.
