Possibility to watch the boy Firmino today at 4.30. Drmic and his Nuremburg got a 4-1 pasting yesterday too btw. Our boy not on the score sheet.

We have GOT to go all out for Reus this summer.

We are not going to get a proven, elite CF, but I think that will be less of an issue if we were to get this guy to play on the left.

He could become our Hazard/Suarez/Aguero type player which we are crying out for and need if we are to really compete with the big boys.

I know it is a wish list, but it is not beyond the realms of possibility - he is sponsored by Puma after all..! Release clause in 2015 as well - Podolski and Gnabry to be also offered in exchange might help.

If we were to get him, id settle for a Morata as our CF. It would be a risk, but he clearly has loads of potential.

Lars Bender as the Arteta replacement and we will be set.

Wouldnt mind Drmic as an x factor off the bench either, along with Chambo and Jack.

Would happily offload Verm, Arteta, and Giroud in the summer as well.

But clearly none of the above will happen. If Wenger stays it will be the same old painful, labourious summer transfer windows we specialise in, which will no doubt leave us short yet again.

Podolski the other way as part of a Reus transfer and Cazorla to Atletico as part payment for Costa would be a great way to finance summer targets and still leave us some money to plug central midfield and get a good fullback.

Swapsies or Player + cash deals get talked about a lot but don't happen very often. Relies on Klopp really wanting Podolski on relatively big wages and Atletico really wanting Cazorla in their midfield.

Cazorla signed a contract last month and I don't think Wenger wants to get rid of him. Podolski on the other hand, he doesn't seem to fancy at all.

You're right of course, but this is the wishlist.

I think Podolski would be a realistic swap though. Klopp tried desperately to sign him the summer he went to Arsenal.

I just want to see us play decent football again. Get some agile players who can actually play football and bring others into play.

Need some quality players in this summer:

striker - some at least as good as Mandzukic or Balotelli.
winger - Reus, Pedro, Sanchez etc. Needs pace and skill on the ball.
central midfielder - mobile, tenacious midfielder who can pass the ball. Fernando, Koke, Carvalho etc..
full back - depends a bit on who stays and who leaves.
central defender - young, tall, strong and good on the ball.

Top scorer for Benfica this season, but way behind Jackson Martinez in the same league in terms of goals scored.

Was supposed to be a wonderkid for Madrid but doesn't seem to have developed as good.

Watched Hoffenheim for the second week running now, and I am sold on Firmino now. The boy has 10 goals and 14 assists in Bundesliga this season, and he is class in the final third. Pace, trickery, eye for goals, and a brilliant passer. Get this guy to play on our flank and I'd be well happy.
Him signing a contract, which I didn't know about, means very little. I bet he has a release clause in there too. There is no way he is staying too long at Hoffenheim since they are a pretty crap side.
