a CB and LB. Since Cole we have not had a proper left back.

Top class, 2 centre backs. If you have 2 really great centre backs you can carry someone like Kolasinac. At the quality we'll probably sign I'd go for a centre back and a left back. I'd be delighted if we got a good centre back and an ok left back. I've no faith we'll sign a really good defender, just more Sokratis level types.

I would. I'd rather get rid of Laca though. I think Jovic is going to end up the best striker (or thereabouts) in Europe within a short few years. And he's just 21 years old. He's the kind of talent that can transform you.

60 out for Jovic and 40 in for either of our strikers is a no-brainer. That's solid longterm planning

I would let go of Auba and Laca both to get Felix and Jovic, Felix being the priority because he has more in his game although Jovic will be the best striker of the next decade, maybe alongside Piatek. Felix just have the special skill to affect everyone around him, not just a goalscorer.

I would let go of half the team to get Felix, but I believe he is the one youngster who will be bid above 80m pounds. He is a game-changer in an attack.
With more holes than a sieve in our team, do we have the luxury to be making 9 figure bids?

If you want to look to Superliga for a skilled player, I would seriously consider Bruno Fernandes. He would be the ultimate Ramsey replacement/upgrade. (Unfortunately both City and United are rumored to be interested, so we should just sit around waiting for Mata).

I'm impressed with Bruno Fernandes stats, but haven't seen him enough to form a concrete opinion of him. But I have seen enough of Van Der Beek to know he will be a smart buy as a Ramsey replacement.

If we are not persisting with 3 ATB, I would do away with a Ramsey goalscoring midfielder replacement and go with Ndombele/Doucoure for pace and power. We struggled so badly with someone as average as Diakhaby last night ffs due to our weak midfield.

Watched the England- France game last night at the u17 Euros, oh my god. No wonder Leipzig want him, he was like a prime Vieira in that game. France dominated mainly due to all their players being about 6ft3 but this guy in midfield was phenomenal.

I'm not sure I'd get rid of Laca over Auba if its a straight choice between them. At 29 you have to think Auba isn't going to hold this level for too long. Laca isn't quite as good as Auba (or at least how Auba was) but he's 27 and has the extra few years, he's a more well rounded player too.
