TBH if we're selling all of Ozil, Mkhi, Xhaka, Mustafi, Kos, Kola & Laca, then I'd think we'd be able to upgrade on those wide attackers with genuine creative goal scorers, as we'd need to replace the goals & assists from both Rambo and Laca - currently 17 goals and 14 assists. Sarr has 4 goals & 2 assists whilst Nelson has 7 goals.
The other option is to retain the 4231 and replace Ozil with a creative goal scoring #10 like Fekir.
On that note if we're going to be that brutal then I'd sell PEA ahead of Laca simply because Laca has more to his game and is also younger, and IMO we'd not be losing in terms of scoring ability.
