Watched a load of touch comps on Youtube of Nicolas Pepe. I like what I see. Checked his stats and he has 18 goals and 11 assists in Ligue Une this season.
His game understanding is a little ropey but he does have a real goal threat with his speed and that left foot.
Hopefully he's not beyond our reach in the summer.
I think we should be keeping an eye on Alexander Isak. He's tearing it up in Eeredivise right now, and it's not a form thing. He's exactly that good. Biggest forward talent to emerge anywhere in Scandinavia since Zlatan Ibrahimovic probably. He's pretty much the complete player.
Then again, I would hate to see him stuck on the bench again. Dortmund's treatment of him already cost him two years of development, and even if he's still only 19 he needs to play regular football. Buying him for the future and then putting him in the reserves would be a bad move. Maybe we could nick him off Dortmund though and then loan him back to Willem II for another season.

A ridiculously small part of the squad. I obviously don’t expect even half those to leave, but they’re not good enough for us as far as I’m concerned.
