Vietto. Looks like he'd be a perfect fit for our style. Team player with great ability and movement.

Have we been linked?

I haven't seen much of Gabbiadini since he signed for Napoli, but I know he's done well there. I like him. He's got an unbelievable first touch. From what I can tell he's more like a striker playing on the wing than a centreforward though. It will be interesting to see how he develops next season.

Here's the issue. I didn't say a single penalty miss. I said missed penalties. That doesn't mean one penalty. It's means multiple penalties. It's regarding his record of scoring penalties recently (5 in 9 missed). Of course if you bothered to read or managed to check the facts in your hurry to make witty posts then you would have known these things and not dreamt up imaginary scenarios.

No, I haven't heard us linked with - just wondering how he was rated as he's scored a healthy amount of goals in Serie A this season.

Watching Walcott upfront for us has made me realise that Griezmann would be the perfect CF for us. His movement and finishing is every bit as good as Theo's but he has a far superior touch and is the better dribbler. He's the one player I want us to sign more than anyone this summer. More than Reus, Vidal, Cavani. Griezmann is it. He'd bag 30 for us easy. Him and Walcott as our options up front, Welbeck third choice. Cash in on Giroud and sign a stellar deep midfielder or center back. That's us sorted and good enough to mount a real surge for the league title.

Vietto has much more to his game than Griezmann, and I like Griezmann. He's the one forward I can see us signing this summer given his price. No traditional 9s on the market. Vietto has everything but size/strength - hold-up play, passing, movement, finishing. He'd improve us in Europe immediately.

Don't see anything that suggests Greizmann to chelsea is definite. All that's out there is they are interested and he has a 44m clause. That's in our territory too.

What's not is paying 60-70m for Pogba or Bale and the latter earns significantly more than our highest earner.

I don't know why people haven't been wishlisting this guy more but he's top class this season, one of the best midfielders in La Liga.

I agree. A few levels above Schneiderlin for half the price probably. He's a warrior.
