I was aware of those comments and I agree with them as well. As I said, I don't expect Martinez to move. I was just thinking out loud. I wouldn't be surprised to see some papers link him to other clubs this summer.

We ain't signing a big name striker. There isn't any value there at the moment. Wenger will plump for an unknown or will opt for someone like Tello or morata

He's not Busquets with his passing but I wonder if a Wenger was just talking generally in terms of his style or he doesn't rate him that highly.

Theres plenty of talk about big name strikers on the move but PSG will keep Cavani, no reason to sell. Benzema is likely to get a massive extension from Real. Maybe Costa will move but hes going to chelsea if he does. We need the best from the rest.

Khedira would probably be my ideal signing in midfield. Should get to see what he's like post-injury at the world cup as well.

I think he meant he isn't a technician like Xavi, Iniesta, Silva, Cazorla etc - typical Spanish midfielders.

His technique is easily good enough to play in any team, in whatever system, though. He isn't someone like Gustavo who you'd say is better suited to counter attacking teams.
