Yes let us never listen to what anyone says. I don't think he is spot on with Jack in any way, there is a a developing player there, just at a slower pace than we hoped for.

I don't think you can argue with his calling of the Midfield though, one-twos, you go play, lose the ball, don't bother running back. Pretty much sums up Jan-March.

Swansea was some of the most disorganized football I have ever seen, bits of pure schoolboy positioning in that fixture.

Scholes is allowed to have an opinion. Wenger is not obliged to take it seriously just because Scholes was a good footballer.

It wasn't an opinion, it was an observation. Saying we are a million miles away is an opinion, not a correct one at that either.

If Arsene can't take onward other peoples observation and answer them in a manner that doesn't involve denigration than he is half the man he makes himself out to be.

Consider this. If Wenger uses the I have manged xx games argument, how can anyone have an opinion that he can't challenge with that quip? He is the only one left of that generation of managers. Would he tell Jurgen Klopp to do one?

Scholes' comments were absolutely spot on. Whether or not Scholes is a cunt or have ever managed a team, is completely irrelevant.

But it doesn't matter what Scholes or anyone else say. It doesn't change anything. Wenger has completely lost it. Again.

Like Gunner89 says I wonder why he isn't talking about Cleverely going backwards, I bet he thought Ramsey was finished last year as well and was going backwards. Why not talk about the injury problems Wilshere has had, he just sounded like someone who wanted to have a pop at him. He talks about us being a million miles away, a team who has led the season as long as us and then to say we are a million miles away is a pretty strange comment if you ask me, why not a single mention of the injury problems we have in comparison to our competitors. They might be our own making but fact remains we have more injured first team players than any of them.

Some of his comments are just the usual shit you hear from fans down the pub rather than any deep analysis behind it. Making excuses for Moyes who took a championship winning team down to 7th place, he can fuck right off the ginger cunt.

Scholes comments were spot on. No change in attitude even when we go down, playing little one twos and losing the ball etc, all spot on.
Its just sad Wenger is responding to these tv commentators.

Scholes comments could have been made by a fucking 5 year old. Doesn't take a genius to pick out faults from a 6-0 loss. Then you had the old cliche about 'no leaders' thrown in and a comment about being 'a million miles' away from winning the title and a random swipe at Jack.

Plenty of pundits have critisised our approach since the 6-0 defeat, the reason this is getting any traction is because the ginger cunt was getting off on it. Wenger slapped him down pretty emphatically, good on him.

If a Gooner or somebody relatively neutral criticised us, rightly or wrongly, i wouldn't mind but hearing the same thing from a spuds and a manc is a different thing. I don't even like hearing gary neville talk about us even though most of it is positive. I would rather listen to Ian Wright and Tony Adam's nonsense ramblings.

Just watched the 'Arsene who?' interview where David Dein talks about Wenger. A lot of it was just him patting himself on the back for bringing Wenger in but he has always backed (and still does) Wenger as being the right man in charge. Interesting to watch even if it doesn't tell us anything new.
