He has blind belief in too many of our coaches and players, he needs to sort out our training methods firstly and then see how much we improve when our squad isn't stretched due to our injuries. There is something seriously wrong there and has been for years and nothing has been done about it.
And secondly tactically, earlier on in the season you could see him tinkering and changing but now we have gone back to the same ol shit every week. I could see from the first min the team was wrong, that same lot were over run at White Hart Lane so what on earth was he expecting here? We had to play safe and had to be cautious but we were everything but that. He even said before the match we needed to be wary of their counter attacking threat and first two goals were classic counter attacks.
Chelsea did their homework and their players were focussed, we did ours too but the complacency on show was shocking. So unprofessional even if the lineup was wrong.
