No he is building another team here, it doesn't take a genius to see that. He also hasn't had a lot of money to spend

I hate to break this to you but Wenger hasn't failed us, well not yet anyway. 10 games to go in the league, lets talk about who has failed how after that rather than getting carried away now.

No but why have people been keeping quiet all season and whenever we've had bad results talk about how they've wanted Wenger out. For all my problems with Biggus at least he says Wenger out after the good and bad matches.

Same reason people weren't spitting the dummy over Giroud last week when scored 2 and assisted 1. Its not really worth whinging when things are going well. Plus bad performances just reinforce peoples opinions.

You are one of the Wenger faithful and entitled to your view but when things go badly you are going to have to accept criticisms from those who've wanted Wenger gone for a few years.

If you remember back to last season I did say that unless Wenger improved the team I want him to leave and he made a step in the right direction with Ozil. However losing Theo & Ramsay has meant our biggest problem (i.e striker issue) has been brutally exposed. I fully expect him to look to rectify that. I think our good form has fuelled unrealistic expectations, how often does a team go from scraping a 4th place position to winning the league?

Like I said this season isn't over yet, so within 10 games I find it a bit sad really that those calling for Wenger to leave will suddenly be happy with him if we go and win a big trophy.

I'll have you know that I've been in the Wenger Out camp since he dropped Arshavin in the FA Cup semi all those years ago. Have been a bit more on the fence this season after we signed Özil hoping that he may have finally changed so I was more open-minded regarding my stance until that whole Kallstrom debacle took place which sent me back to my default position (in addition to failing to sign a striker). It was a confirmation that nothing really has changed, the old fella has reverted to type and the results have followed very quickly since. Özil was an anamoly.

lol so now the people SUPPORTING the team are the kneejerkers?? i dont get it, should people rigidly stick to opinions in spite of contrary evidence? can hardly complain when people are willing to reconsider their opinions.

i think it's a point of pride that most of us got behind the team instead of going on and on about wenger/gazidis. we've had 9 yrs of that and we're all sick of talking about it.

We look set to go from scraping 4th to just about holding onto 4th. Thats hardly progress.

Of course people are going to be happy if we win. Thats the whole point. He'll have to change to win something though.

here's an interesting fact. every other team in the world has a manager who is not arsene wenger. over the last 9 yrs, these non-wenger managers have won every single trophy available, despite not being arsene wenger.

another interesting fact is that arsenal has won trophies without arsene wenger. who knew?!

I'm tired of the same shit too, it's just a lot easier said than done to replace a manager of Wenger's stature. If he dallies around this summer and doesn't spend any money then I'm on board for a change, but I do think that he deserves the summer to attempt to make use of our new resources. If he doesn't have the stomach to spend money and build a squad in the way the modern game requires, then good bye Arsene and thanks for everything. I'm not convinced of that just yet though.

Another season down the pan. How we've had Olivier Giroud leading the line for 2 seasons is indefensible. I think Wenger's got it wrong in a lot of big games this season too. Oh and can you make a fucking early substitution for a change. Chamberlain has been our form player in the 3 AM spots and he barely gets 20 minutes.
