At the start of this year I felt that Wenger had to win something to keep his job. I wanted tangible proof of progress, not an argument about us playing better, or being closer because our players are improving. In this regard he's met my standards for this year.....
However, I don't believe we're much closer to winning the league or CL, nor do I think he has it in him to pull one of these off. Our losses this year were as much on him as our players and I don't see him improving either (substantially) for next season - so it'll be another ground hog day.
I'm at the point where I'm not bothered if he goes, but if he stays he needs to be winning something each year or getting out of the way.
