I love Ronaldo's reaction when he realises that Nani touched the ball before it went in. It would have been one of his best goals ever too.

I heard him being interviewed and he said that the team was too young and inexperienced and that Coleman was used to playing alongside experienced older players.....at least I think that's what he said, it's difficult to decipher at times.

I watched the game (I don't know why) in the Waterloo last night. The place was empty apart from a huge party of Norwegians in the upstairs area who turned up after the game. There must have been 40 of them, 35 of which were women. Little Norwegian flags painted on their cheeks, all blonde, all beautiful. I hope they qualify.

I really don't understand how Jordan Henderson is so highly rated. I think he's utter tripe. Was appalling against us at the Stadium of Light too. Shouldn't be anywhere an England ordinarily.
People are blaming Capello, and don't get me wrong I think he's been poor for England - a real dinosaur in his approach, but I think it's the difficult transition phase between one team/generation, into another - and I don't think the new generation are ready, or in most cases, good enough long term either. Certainly not as good as the likes of Ferdinand, Terry, G.Neville, Gerrard, Lampard, Beckham etc.
