Wilshere's fit for tomorrow, by the way.
Good news, he ran rings round em in the careless
Hello! Hello! We are the arsenal boys
definitely should keep DJ in for this one, especially with the likelihood that Crouch will start, we will need DJ's height..
even though Jack's fit, i dont think he'll start tomorrow for some reason. i think we'll see Cesc-Song-Denny for this one..
dont see any reason why we shouldnt win this.. we have a "near" full-strength lineup (minus TV). i mean hell, even van Persie's fit..

Definitely. Tomorrow is not the time for Kos to come back. Dj and Squillaci have had a couple of consecutive good games and it's better to the leave back as a unit untouched.

Same. But my dream was the madest one ever, and it didn't even involve the game. Was on my way to the stadium when I keep getting hit with obstacles in my way. It was one of those I don't understand what was going on. The match was at the shithole though and got chase by a gang of Spuds at one point with cricket bats and the like. Some crazy shit.
On the bright side, you won't believe who I saw at Brent Cross today. Was in McD's with a mate of mine and I could see some commotion happening not far away. I see some white afro and realise that it was Song and Fabregas getting mobbed. Realising that Song was getting next to no attention me and my cousing approached him and started talking about the game and whatnot. He's like big, big game happening, then turns and asks us who we support.I'm like Arsenal. When he turned to my cousin, my cousin goes "come on man, you know", Song was like "who", then my cousin goes "the devils". Song burst out laughing. But Fabregas on the other hand, upon hearing that, gave my cousin the dirtiest look and turned away from the convo to the rest of the mob. It was hilarious. The amount of jewlery Song had on was absurd though.
lol you sound star-struck Loyan.
Big test tomorrow, we really have to start on the front foot and keep up the intensity....no casual sitting around expecting the game to come to us as we did against Newcastle.

Not really mate. Was a funny little chat we had, the highlight of which was the Fabregas stare directed at my cousin. When I was younger (think I was 16) I met Thierry Henry on Holloway road going into a phone shop. I was gobsmacked back then when he replied to my cousing and I. Oh and that same cousin of mine actually got Henry to get a bit agitated after calling us shit. Actually thought Henry might deck him for a second, but maybe he allowed it because we were kids.

😆
It might be different were I in London and going to the game but I'm not nervous about this at all. I fancy us to win well.
Mind you, listening to the Football Weekly Extra podcast is making me a little nervous. Spurs' record away to top 4 teams and to us specifically is so bad that it makes you wonder if there's another WBA/Newcastle freak result on the way... ugh!
Come on Arsenal!
3-0 boys, in the bag.
I'm fluctuating between a bit scared and supremely confident, so on balance I'm still fairly confident.
Ahh, fuck it...we'll win this.
Way I see it, only a super individual performance from one or two of their guys can stop us.
The only danger is Van der Vaart. Bale is going in Sagna's pocket and Modric won't even get a sniff while I don't think that they have the strikers to unsettle us this year.
Well, I certainly have my gut feeling this morning.
Nananananananananananaaaaaaaa
Worried about the crowd getting on the back of the team if we don't start quickly because of how we've been at home this season.
Still I'm confident. Not sure if Sagna will completely shackle Bale, he's a great player but we've got Samir Nasri so all should be good.
i've heard this will be the lineup
Fabianski, Sagna, Kos, Squillaci, Clichy, Nasri, Fabregas (c), Song, Denilson, Arshavin, Chamakh
cant believe he dropped DJ for this game.. bad move..
but good to see Denny starting this one.. we need more control in the middle
I reckon Koscielny can do a better job of covering the full-back (he's on Clichy's side, right?) which may be needed with Lennon and Bale playing.
Tottenham: Gomes, Hutton, Gallas, Kaboul, Assou-Ekotto, Lennon, Jenas, Modric, Bale, Van der Vaart, Pavlyuchenko. Subs: Cudicini, Bentley, Palacios, Crouch, Defoe, Bassong, Corluka.
We really ought to be beating that.
actually, seeing their lineup, it looks like the right decision not to play DJ.. my worry was Crouch's height, but he isnt starting
Think it's the right move too. We should just go with the best defenders available. Really happy with this team given the circumstances. We're only missing two or three starters. I never thought I'd see the day!
