I've just seen this on Soccer AM - it's got to be a contender.
He can't seriously have believed he'd get something out of that can he?

mentioned that in the CL thread. Honestly, by his reaction, he really must have thought someone tripped him. Makes no sense otherwise. He was complaining a lot too!
Is it 'best' as in outcome and artistic performance, or is it 'best' as in most hilarious? If it is the latter, I am going with that Norwegian bloke, against us too I think, a few years ago. Gamst Pedersen!
SEND HIM OFF REF!!!!!
Oh wait, I am the ref.
Little bollix.
why the duck would the REF do that?! Who is he trying to convince?!
Gotta be Pedersen against us, has a sly look back and then falls over with Sagna a good 5 feet away
oh wait, this is for best dives..
:o
Revelling in their cheating ways

it almost looks like the player spit in his face.
Love Fat Sam's reaction to Chico Flores - who is a repeat diver.
Actually makes me dislike Fat Sam a little less! :o
Get rid of that Chelsea psycho.....
Just seen Oscar's today. Diving should be punished with a card and a hefty fine. Half wage perhaps
Very interested to see what Mourinho got to say about that after his outlandish comments on diving in england and Suarez.
You could make a compilation of Januzaj's dives this season. Cheating cunt.
I love the way his head tracks his highest priority, it switches from the ball when it's obvious he's lost control and moves towards the goalkeeper in the hope that his arms might be somewhere near his legs.

Dirty foreign cheating bastards
Bale..
That's mighty impressive from Januzaj considering how long he's been on the scene.
Ashley Young - 2
:john:
Tone, I merged your Gareth Bailing with the existing diving thread - I think the one is enough?

867 minutes of PL football, and 3 yellow cards for diving already. Mighty impressive indeed

No worries. It makes sense.
Kept your title though, far better
Gerrard and Rooney are as dirty as they come. Truly detestable players and human beings.
Ronaldo and Pepe could be in Hollywood.

The delayed reaction here has got to be a record

Comparing the goal tallies of Bale and Zidane and on the BBC too, embarrassing
I always associated Zidane with class and that's what surprised me the most about his head-butt in the 2006 World Cup.
No love for Bale but, for me, his behaviour in this saga has also been unbecoming of a football great.
It's what i expect from a Mourinho, Pulis or Allardyce.
In the meantime, Bale may spite him by staying as there's no confirmation of him accepting the Chinese offer.

Zidane was incredibly gifted but is far from a class act. He was a hot tempered piece of work with a violent streak who would try and stamp on an opponent unnoticed but still got sent off a bunch of times.
However in this situation he's perfectly within his rights to want Bale off the team. There's an interview with Bales agent on the Independent I think where he tries to get people to sympathise with his client over Zidane like a year ago, he probably inadvertently admitted that Bale pretty much openly defied Zidanes instructions on where to play. Then there's the interview from after the CL final and the overall lack of effort and sulking on the pitch even after scoring, also his constant interviews about game time when Zidane was clearly managing him because of his brittle body.
People see the highlights and that's it but Bale has been acting disgracefully for at least a year, his behaviour has been a lot worse than Γzils and he's on like double his wages.

Eh, there's plenty of blame to go around - Madrid and their fans have also been pretty unfair on him from the start but obviously Bale's made no effort to fit in either. Such is the state of affairs if you go to Madrid though and Bale's the sort of player that polarises opinions
Madrid blocking his departure

Feel a bit sorry for him to be honest, what an arsehole club.
So Jiangsu Suning have loads of money for wages and like busted old players who used to be good for Real Madrid? Raul needs to give them a call.
Any hopes that the deal for the Wales captain could be resurrected before the transfer deadline for Chinese sides on Wednesday have ended with Jiangsu Suning signing Croatia striker Ivan Santini.
