Don't see the point of bringing up stats, specific important goals, work rate or other specifics, but when you say Giroud's contribution this season is easily replaceable I think you're exaggerating.

He can, not sure how well in the PL. Anything is a massive upgrade on Bendtner.
Liverpool have a readymade Suarez replacement in Sturridge and I doubt Rodgers likes playing two up front. They could improve other parts of their team with £50m. I'm not holding my breath but I don't think it's impossible. Liverpool would certainly have to find these other players that would improve their team before they would sell, however.
