The captaincy isn't particularly a problem right now but I think there is a way you can use it to have a positive effect. But I think it could boost confidence for the right player.
I think it would be a massive deal for Aaron to be leading his team out every game after the really tough start to his Arsenal career and how much hard work he has put in. Would probably go some way to cementing his ties with the club too, in case he does have any feelings that he hasn't been treated right by the fans.
Obviously nothing should change before the summer.
