I must say this signing is a bit of a puzzle, I'm happy we signed a player of this quality but was a playmaker our priority? Seems like an appease the fans signing.
Was quite clear to me last season that without Cazorla we looked very short of any genuine top class creative options. With Giroud looking sharp and others also stepping up he will create a lot of chances for everyone. He is super quick and super efficient on the ball, we don't have anyone like that. He would of tore Spurs a new one over the weekend on the counter. Simply put he is a level above any player we have at this club, last season we shared the goals around and I think we will again this season. Theo will thrive off his service imo

Going to be much easier for us to sign top (German)players now.
Still can't believe we've signed him.
I think him coming will convince others that there is something big happening at this club, I think many top players hesitated here because we seemed to be stuck going around in circles.

The only, teeny tiny downside here is that this surely means no Cesc coming back for the foreseeable.
He moved on mate and maybe we should as well? Unless he has another bad season at Barca he won't be coming back, we can't take that risk and just hope he would return. Well he can still return but one of Jack or Ramsay will have to drop down to the bench.
