38 hrs was mine a little while ago!
I can't sleep on planes, so I've done around 48 hours on transpacific flights with long layovers

Last time I went 30 hours without sleep, I fell asleep while driving back to my house. Nearly drove into the side barrier. Not recommended.

I would regularly do 42 hours without sleep doing work for university.
