I can't sleep on planes, so I've done around 48 hours on transpacific flights with long layovers

Last time I went 30 hours without sleep, I fell asleep while driving back to my house. Nearly drove into the side barrier. Not recommended.

Had a PM flight (like 8:30), so i'd been up all day. Flight itself was about 30 hours(long layover). I got in around noon, and I stay up until dark to try to get my sleep schedule somewhat right
