Looking at that clip - we were some team to watch that season, some absolutely beautiful football.
They don't miss a beat when they're moving the ball around, so quick and fluid too.

Loved watching that team with Rosicky, Hleb, Flamini and Cesc bossing the midfield.

"I am saving my midfield money by bringing in Flamini so I can splash on Benzema, di Maria and a central defender", I would accept Flamini with open arms.

Unfortunately, knowing Wenger it's going to be something like Flamini, Ashley Williams, and Guaita

I'd be surprised if he signs Ashley Williams. Don't tell him Gallas is free.

I'm cool with this provided we bring in a few other quality players. To be fair to Wenger, most of the old players he's re-signed over the years have done a job for us.

Still at a good age and will do more than a job for us.

i would gladly take ol' flim flam back, but i must admit i always had a soft spot for him. he reminded me of a french romford pele. have no idea how effective he is these days.
