Great footwork by Pastore.
so semis looking like Barca - Bayern - PSG - Real?
I think Atletico might do Barca.
Btw Cavani €70m!? Dunno...maybe he just had a bad game like Ibra...

he was heavily overpriced, but is still a top 5 striker
seriously though, do you guys see how many quality players there are on each of these squads? scary. teams like Dortmund, United and Atletico are taking chances at this level

Messi Suarez Ibrahimovic Costa Falcao
In that order. Cavani not in there for me.
That PSG can leave players like Cabaye, Lucas and Pastore on the bench is amazing.

Ronaldo is basically a striker too
Ronaldo BEEN a striker. and he's top of that pile. 14 goals in 10 Champs League games. If that isn't a striker, I don't know what is
some american presenter in the fox show says chelsea have to 'literally' win 3-0 in the return tie to go through
american, faux, tie

He's a wide forward with an incredible nose for goals
The team is set up for him to be their main source of goals. Even their "striker" is mainly a fulcrum to aid this effort. Bale is the only one whose role is not towards this end.
I love it when Chelsea f*** up
he's scored 30+ goals for the last 3 seasons, and scored 21 this season despite being played out of position. he's superior to both falcao and costa imo

Strong goalkeeping by Cech too! "Where's the ball? Where's the ball? Is... is that it? No, that surely can't be... crap! Where did it go?" turns around and sees both Luiz and the ball lying in the net
He was just as poor for Pastore's goal
Almunia would've been slaughtered for months for letting that one in.
The way Pastore snakes the ball not once but twice down at the goalline is pretty captivating though. I wonder if he could make it as a wide forward in our setup. He's been a joke in France this year but he's talented like few other players out there. There's something Pires-like about his appearance sometimes.
