What a terrible article.
Two away league games coming up against Swansea and West Brom. Important to keep a Theo level runner to get in behind and we've got one - just stick Ozil out wide and let Arteta or Ramsey play further forward and pull the strings.
Little bit fucked.
We need Cazorla back ASAP. Would give the attack such a huge boost.
I've seen it mentioned that Cazorla will be back for the Napoli game. He would be so welcome.
By the way: It's funny how Rosicky's injury-proneness once again has managed to fuck us over a bit, even when he's nowhere near the ideal starting eleven. The whole idea of having him around is that he should be available when an injury crisis like this hits.
How would a fit Rosicky help us right now? Would you have played him on the wings, or over Ozil at AM?
Hardly fucking us over.
I would have put him wide over the likes of Gnabry, yes. Every day of the week.
Rosicky doesn't do football in the cold. He'll be back in Spring to help us over the line (whatever 'the line' may be then).
Nice ava Flobs, Ramses the Great? 😉
Santi Cazorla hopes to make his Arsenal return in the Champions League clash with Napoli

‘I hope to be back shortly. Every day I’m feeling better and I’m working on all ways to reduce my downtime,’ he told Sphera Sports.
‘It all depends on how I train and strengthen my ankle. As the days go by I am doing more things and if all goes well I will try to return for the game against Napoli, but that’s not certain.’

Yup yup

Walcott and minor procedure sounds scary. Remember his last one on his shoulder and then he had to have another three...
This is so annoying.
I don't remember any team having such luck with injuries.
Every time we have a half decent team.
Sounds like Rosicky and Cazorla should be back after the international break though. Only two more real games missed, so it's not too bad.
on Tomas Rosicky... Rosicky is the first back [of the injured players], but not in time for this week. Next week we will start to speak about that. He could come back in the squad for Sunday or Monday. on long-term absentees Podolski, Oxlade-Chamberlain and Diaby... It's fine, they are doing well but they are nowhere near ready. The next one back [of those three] might be Lukas. Alex will be one and a half months more. on Lukasz Fabianski… Fabianski will be alright [to start on Wednesday]. He had a nasal problem but he will be alright. Fabianski and Viviano are the two goalkeepers in the squad.

Thought Ox was only a few weeks away?
I'm not super worried about Theo- not based on any evidence/knowledge of abdominal conditions, but I have a feeling he will in fact be back after the break.
Awesome. Rosicky & Ozil will be awesome to watch if they play together.
Ox was supposed to be out till the end of the year, wasn't he? If everyone comes out of the international break without any injuries, we should have most of the squad back by then.
