Something is definitely wrong with what we are doing. I'm not going on what is happening now, this has been happening for years now. I know we don't agree on a lot of things regarding Wenger but he definitely has the wrong people in charge when it comes to this. His faith in his medical department really has cost him so much as a manager, a lot of speculations in regards to illegal substances aboard but in this country that isn't the case imo. I don't think we are nowhere near one of the most fittest teams. Chelsea play as many matches yet hardly pick up anywhere near as many injuries. They've had bigger squads but their core players do play plenty of games and still look very fit and healthy towards the end of the season.
The problem is also squad depth, something the manager has never sorted out in his time here. Funnily enough majority of our injury problems have been in midfield where we are quite well stocked up. We actually have plenty of options in midfield yet still find ourselves with the likes of Ramsey, Ozil, Ox, Cazorla, Wilshere and Arteta missing big spells of the season. It is frankly ridiculous that our training methods are quite poor compared to other clubs and that needs to change. Game has changed from when Wenger arrived here, players run a lot more than ever so a lot more prone to getting injured.
