the players were head on, which is always dangerous even if no one goes to ground, but the tackle was a sideswipe. his legs were bent, he was going across the grass for the ball with his laces. jack created most of the force by wildly kicking at agger's foot. totally fair challenge, not even a foul in my book.
a reckless tackle would've been leg extended like a battering ram, studs up. that should be a red card even if you get the ball first.
