I love Jack as a player but I have to say part of me is not that fussed, just don't like him in central midfield. Hopefully this means Ox will play in midfield until Ramsey is back, rather than the Flamteta combo.

Six weeks till he can start gaining fitness, he won't play again till May, might be unfit for the WC as well.

As long as Ramsey is back in training next week, Wilshere being injured isn't too big of an issue.

I wonder who's call it was for him to play on, he has played through the pain before and got himself injured so hope he hasn't done it again.

Ramsay isn't completely fit yet and there is no guarantee he will be back to his form before his injury. Also Ox isn't fully up to speed yet either and we have a lot of games coming up so will need to rotate the squad properly as well.

I know, but like I said I just don't like it when Jack plays in there, at least not next to someone like Arteta or Flamini. Think he leaves them exposed.

He would of been a good option to have on the right wing for some of the matches

Injuries really racking up 🙁

Jack was in pretty poor form anyways, so I don't think it'll be a massive loss to the first XI. Not a big fan of Mikel/Mathieu together though - I've long beat the drum that Oxlade is a winger/wide forward first, and a midfielder second but right now I'd drop him alongside one of them, and maybe go back to using Gnabry on the right for more forward thrust than Cazorla.

I'm alright with Flamini/Arteta IF it affords Podolski-Ozil-Chamberlain freedom to attack. But playing those two centrally and not having serious goal threats (up field) to offset the loss of creativity isn't the way to go forward.

Was it this tackle by Agger which caused the injury?, which btw was unnecessary given it was not even a competitive game.

If so, you have to question why Wilshere carried on for another 50 minutes, which would have only aggravated the injury.

With no exaggeration: A 40/60 ball in Agger's favour. He went in studs up, Wilshere went in knowing he'd get battered. Wilshere fucked his ankle up, he immediately signalled to the bench and started crying because he thought he'd miss the World Cup. But then he calmed down, had some lucozade and jogged around for a while and looked fine after.

Seems to be a conflict in what England said and what Arsenal are saying. Hodgson and Wilshere both said it was just a bruise and nothing more.
