Well he'd stopped scoring and we haven't had a forward fit to finish the brilliant chances he's been creating. So you may be right.

Only a logical outcome after the way Wenger has been playing him every game. Özil and Giroud are next ones in the red.

But yeah, his form was obviously starting to suffer so maybe its fine if the team has to find new outlets. Cazorla is starting to get into groove and gives a chance for Wilshere to step up as well.

Time for Santi, Wilshere, Theo and Poldi to step up and deliver.

All four are capable of playing a signifigant role in the team if they find their form. It's amazing that we've basically been without them for so long(or in the case of Santi and Wilshere, without them in anything resembling their top form).

If they all find form, it could be really exciting.

Guardian reporting Ramsey was in the red. The rest is his own opinion.

Wenger does run players into the ground though. But it's neither new nor isolated to Arsenal. The most important ones play all the time at all clubs. I feel we have rotated surprisingly well this season actually. Ramsey should have been given a bit more rest while we could afford it though. Going to miss him badly in the next month or two.

That would depend on how well the returning guys do - if they do as well as Caz, Theo and Pod did last time out, we might not feel we miss him so bad.
But we will miss him: if he was around he'd have contributed, no matter which game and where the input is needed most. He injects energy and purpose, he has fight in him all the time, and he knows which direction the game of football should be played in, and doesn't wait for anyone else to get it done.
We must hope these areas are well covered - over such a long period, that's not a small thing.
Hope he comes back with batteries charged for the decisive months.

A lot of players are in the red, if we rest them we will be out of top 4. Shit happens during the course of a season. A 3-4 week rest to Ramsey can work in our favour.

Losing Ramsey now is a big, big blow any way you want to look at it. Even if his goals have dried up lately we are going to miss his hustle. There really is no one else in this squad who comes close when it comes to the combined efforts of his covering of ground, putting pressure on opponents, interceptions, tackles, and forward runs.

He has been the best central midfielder in the league this season; of course we are going to miss him a lot.

Tactics

I think we'll miss his goals from CM (rare for a CM to be such a goal threat), but if Wilshere finds form we'll play better against the top teams IMO.

Ramsey's decision making is a lot better than Wilshere's at this point in time. I do appreciate that this is an opportunity for Wilshere to stake his claim in midfield again; I hope he sees it that way too and makes the most of this chance.

Losing Ramsey is a massive blow, no doubt about it. It's now up to Wilshere to step up at cm and recapture his form from two years ago. If he can do that we'll be ok.
