Why tempt fate like that? Clutches rabbit's foot
Maybe Shad Forsythe now has had a chance to have an impact.
App,we got a full fit squad for the first time since Nov 2005.
Shame we are no longer in the CL this season as we may had the squad depth to compete on three fronts in the final bit of the season.
By the way praising Shad is a little premature IMO.
Let's see how the usual suspects are next season first (Ramsey, Wilshere, Ox, Theo, Diaby etc).
Hence the 'maybe'.

I have noticed that this season our players seem to recover a lot quicker. I think there has been a shake up behind the scenes but like you say too early to say anything yet. We have recently put a job advert up for a new strength and conditioning coach and soft tissue therapist. So hopefully we can get to the bottom of these issues.
Also Ozil + Giroud being injured for lengthy periods we worked hard to get their physiques up to PL standard and both are benefiting now.
If Diaby makes it to the end of the season without another muscle exploding then maybe Shad is making a difference.
Any word on Koscielny after yesterday?

Imagine if he got a full season out of Diaby!

Wenger said it was a minor tightness in his thigh and Ramsey had a knock on his ankle, said both weren't serious. Am hoping with us leading 3-0 he didn't really want to take any risks. We have a game a week now for a good few weeks so gives plenty of time for recovery.
I was hoping that was the case! Wouldn't be against Gabriel starting the next game if Koscielny needs a a bit longer to recover.
Arteta, Wilshere, Diaby and Gnabry will play for the U21s V Stoke tonight.

No Debuchy?
Doesn't seem to be mentioned. Wenger did say he was the closest to returning so maybe he's already penciled in the squad for the Burnley game.
Even if he is, he could use 45 minutes today as well.
You can only have 3 non-U21 players play in an U21 game I think so I guess these 3 need it more.
Makes sense.
@BenDinnery Just received a few updates from #AFC ahead of this weekends' trip to Turf Moor Ramsey - fine, no issues Ox - another couple of weeks

This guy is quite reliable when it comes to injury news. I'd be inclined to rest Kos next week rather than risk him against Burnley. Also indicated that we are being careful with Ox due to his recent injuries.
On the 2nd weekend of the international break I was next to Ox in the queue for passport control at Gatwick. Asked him when he'd be back and he said Liverpool game was too soon but hopefully after that. He was with 2 other guys and they worried about how the electronic machine checks worked. But anyway, that's my shitty piece of gossip.
That's good gossip.
Might've been good gossip if I saw him successfully bribing customs for smuggling cocaine but this was pretty horrific.
