BT & Man City
So glad I refused to pay the extra €17 a month that they were trying to extract from me after they hi-jacked the games that I used to see on ESPN for free.
Silly move on their part. Bit of a PR brain Gary.
My Samsung auto corrects fart to Gary, nice.

On whose part?
It's absolute class from City. No loss for BT.
Can't imagine they'll be particularly impartial towards the other 19 clubs now.
Isn't this effectively circumventing the PL's collective broadcasting deal too?
Why not?

On whose part?
On BTs part. There's already loads of people moaning and they've not even imagined the impartial coverage yet.

Nah, not at all.

Why would their coverage be biased?
They're a new tv channel without any real premium sport content. What they can provide is premium programming to dent the market because not even sky really has that and this venture is the beginning. It's a good strategy.
I don't think it will be biased... but it won't stop people moaning about it. They need to do this with a good number of high profile clubs to turn this into a good move.
I'm really not seeing it (not just trolling).
I'd argue this thread is exhibit a.
Doesn't matter what anyone says, all that matters is their actions going forward.
I agree its a massive misstep from BT. City of all clubs, the local of rivals of the most supported team in the country.
If Fergie was still around he'd probably already be planning on using his next presser to say that he'd refuse to speak to BT...

Sky are already in bed with manu though they are savvy enough not to publicise it.
BT, on the other hand, employed linguistic expert Mcmanaman and the playstation birdbrain.
As if that wasn't bad enough, they then proceeded to use them both, as analysts, on the same panel.
Still better than Shearer, mind!
