The disparity between Eboue's best and worst is one of the biggest I've seen. His potential was immense, but his professionalism was inexistent. He still managed to do some unbelievable things - like that famous comeback, and the first really good season, but he had no consistency at all, and no ability to remain focused both over a long period and in a game. If there was a way to focus this boy, and give him an attitude adjustment, he could have been one of the best RBs ever. Yes, I'm serious.
But there was absolutely no realistic chance of doing that, and we should have dumped him. Only problem was also properly replacing him in advance.
