I personally pick my team and don't change it for the rest of the season out of laziness, unless someone gets a longterm injury. I never win because of that though 😆

It is as time consuming as you want it to be, but usually it just involves a captain change and maybe a transfer if neccessary.

It's dependant on whoever was administrator for the league last year, as they have to manually re-activate it. But in any case, the new league could always be deleted (in favour of the old league if needed), the old code would just need to be distributed instead of the new code.
