Apparently Ljungberg is back at Arsenal as a coach for our U15 team, starting next month. I don't know if it's going to be permanent. He's taking some course together with Henry to get an official Fifa coaching license apparently, and this is a part of it.

I think he could impart some knowledge to our defenders at all levels.
Our youth teams, for example, are all incredibly shit at the back with no organisation whatsoever.

Don't think TA likes the situation around Arsenal at the moment. Doesn't seem to be around much.

I think Tone just expected other things than coaching youth at Arsenal. I'm sure he would have been given a job right away if he'd asked, but I got the feeling that he wanted too much and too soon. He tried to take over a PL team early on and it didn't work, and then he tried his luck abroad which didn't result in much either. And then he started to sulk in the papers about it. He didn't strike me as someone who had the patience or the will to do the work on a day-to-day basis the way someone like Steve Bould has for 15 years now.

No need to be delicate here: TA has been acting like a total prick for some years, and it doesn't seem like he's such a massive talent as a coach either. I don't think it's only him "staying away from the club" (which has also been going on for years now), I feel it's quite mutual. Can't stand the man personally.
