Not surprising. Our youth development hasn't moved forward as people think, we were just as good in the Graham era and now its looking like a total collapse of senior staff from the inside.
Why has Brady given up on managing the youth levels so we don't see massive changes in the quality of managerial staff at U-18/21s where the players have to show their merit?
When old school people are asking questions about the values required of youth players at the club it saddens me as most of these lads won't make it and the least we should be doing is setting them up with a good value system to use in everyday life.
