To be fair he has been right for the majority of them. The hype for Zelalem, Jeff etc died pretty quickly.

He looked ace in the Emirates Cup when he first joined at 17, certainly looked better than a 19yr old Iwobi at first glance. Doesn't seem to have developed much since then though, struggles to impose himself on games even at youth level.

What ever happened to those Nigerian blokes we signed?

Kelechi Nwakali had a pretty good season at some Dutch 2nd division team whose name escapes me. I don't think we ever signed the other Nigerian guy that was rumored.

Also, Nelson stylistically most reminds me of a young Ronaldinho rather than Neymar.

The other Nigerian guy Samuel Chukwueze rejected us for Porto last season, but was then sent back to Nigeria due to monetary issues.

Now he has signed for Villarreal last month.

Now that's all I see when he plays, good call. He's definitely got a bit of that about him.

He'll definitely win the Ballon d'Or (twice), win us the PL and the CL, and win blighty the WC. No doubt in my mind now, the hype is real.

I'm not sure he even touched the ball once with his right peg in that entire compilation. How can any elite player end up so one footed?

Because the years in which he should have learned to use his other foot were taken up by uncontrollable (injuries, bone breaks, muscle tears) and controllable (smoking and drinking) issues. He should have become our Iniesta, instead he is someone I now want to see gone.

I would never want to see Jack go. If he is on low wages just renew him. Our squad will always have a place for someone of his natural ability.
