Watching santi play you realise he is his own man and likes to take responsibilty, as good as fabregas was he acts like a kid and was and has let others (xavi, guardiola, puyol etc) control him and make decisions for him, whilst cazorla (even though is only 2 years older than him) makes his own decisions and you can tell is well respected by his team mates, much more direct.
