Btw, chanced upon a Reyes compilation when he was at Arsenal. Such a shame the lad could have gone on to become a world class player for us if not for his homesickness. Really brilliant back in the days when he was with us, so I got curious and decided to look up how he has become recently for A.Madrid. Much to my surprise, he is still very good. Especially passing wise and vision he has improved quite a lot. Less dribbling and more passing now.

He's a very good player and will score goals anywhere he plays, but he's not technical enough for the type of football we try to play. He's also another player that was better suited to 4-4-2.

I'd take him over Chamakh though. At least he can shoot.
