Wenger is not restricting players. If anything he gives them too much freedom to figure it out themselves.
Arshavin got more and more risky if anything. Santi has lost a yard so doesn't look as explosive. It's to early to say with ozil.

this is it. usually we're signing players from sides where they use to be lynchpins, so they seem to have less flair here as they're sharing the responsibility more. ozil isn't what i'd call a flair player anyway, he's technically flawless on the quiet.
