He was top class going forward in the last few games he played from the middle too and yet he will only get better the more he plays with injuries hopefully staying away. His ceiling is so high. I think Ramsey's form is pushing him to perform better in a way.
Defensively a lot of work needs to be done which kind of supports some fans' desire to let him grow into the wide role first and find his top technical level.
