That's a standardized price. Suarez's price is not yet decided by the seller or buyer. With crisps you can always walk to the next shop. You cannot buy loads of Suarez's by walking to Chelsea to buy the exact same player.
In an auction type market, and specifically the football market, there are different rules, ideals and processes. Spending 1 penny more than some supposedly genuine buy-out clause is just silly and unserious.
