look at our commercial revenue, his performance has been shit. he's been here, what, 5 yrs now? how hard is it to hire an HR consultancy to bring in some well-connected people to the commercial team, hire some strategy consultants to develop a sensible plan to grow commercial revenues and adopt best practices, and then execute it? this is the biggest team in a tier one city (nyc, paris, tokyo, london) - it's not exactly a hard sell.
we're literally missing out on a hazard, javi martinez, arturo vidal, or aguero every summer because of the shortfall in our commercial revenues compared to other comparable clubs. gazidis is absolutely costing us on the pitch. if he's not, and he's just "admin staff", then why is he getting a 7-figure compensation pkg every year?
