😆 Thats a good bet EB.
Gustavo or Bernard? If you can bring only one of them here.
Gustavo, if we somehow land Higuain.
Bit of an odd question.

Fabregas.
What?
Question's a bit subject to various other conditions, yes.
I'd go gustavo. I still feel we are vulnerable to being outmuscled I'm certain games
Gustavo and a class striker, and I am going to call it our best window in ages.
"If we don't bring anyone else" make us look weak up front, which would make me go Bernard. But as others hinted, we need Gustavo and a striker. Like Rex, that would make me very happy (in striker I mean striker, not Sanogo).

amen. with the amount of deadwood we've shifted, if we add the above as well, it's on par with the petit/overmars summer.
Havent heard from a single credible source that we are even in for him, so its highly unlikely we are getting him.
How can you still trust these credible sources after Higuain? coughacquisitioncoughcough*
he's said he wants to stay on the bayern gravy train.

🙁 wish we could.
Regardless of whether Gustavo wants to stay Bayern may look to offload. On the face of it they have too many midfielders in their squad.
I think his days were numbered the minute they signed Rode. He's more comfortable on the ball, younger and German. Gustavo is the better player but he's the odd man out in the starting eleven. It makes sense to get rid while his market value is high.

Lets not go down that street again Klaus.
Whats the deal with Rode? I thought he had signed but it hasn't been announced yet. I presume he's back at Frankfurt for pre-season.
I think they're negotiating at the moment. Either he'll join this summer or when his contract is up next year. It's a weird situation but both Bayern and Armin Veh have confirmed that he's going there sooner or later. I think Frankfurt has an option to extend one year or something like that.
Gotta say, it's an uncharacteristic signing for Guardiola though. My guess is that it's a player who the Bayern boardroom wanted more than the new manager did.
